這是我第二次做Wendy的Euphocafe裏的叉燒肉。 很簡單,很方便,也很好吃!!!

食譜中說把淹好的肉挂在烤箱裏烤。因爲我懶,所以把淹好的肉放在Cooling Rack上烤。如果要像我這樣偷步的話,我建議你先用Aluminium Foil把一個大的Cookie Sheet包好。把兩個小碗放在包好的Cookie Sheet上,然後再把Cooking Rack放在小碗上。這樣的話可以把滴下來的肉汁和油接住,方便又健康!

上回燒了叉燒肉之後,用它來配飯,做叉燒撈面,和做叉燒酥,反應都蠻不錯。希望這次也可以用它來做些美味的食物吧~~

    it&#039;s Wendy&#039;s recipe that makes the char siew good, not me! <br />

    I am not sure if he is lucky or not. He has been my guinea pig <br />
    for quite a while. You can ask him next time you see him~~<br />

    BTW, no need to make the char siew for you. You can easily get <br />
    good yummy char siew back home. I miss the char siew chicken <br />
    rice at the hawker stores. >_<
